Shipping policy

The dispatch of the goods takes place via Courier. The delivery of goods takes place within 1-3 working days.

Germany: 6,90 € / package up to 31,5kg
Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: 14,99 € / package up to 31,5kg
France: 19,99 € / package up to 31,5kg
Italy, Polska: 12,39 € / package up to 31,5kg
Spain: 15,15 € / package up to 31,5kg
United Kingdom: 11,65 € / package up to 31,5kg

For pallet shipment, our sales team will tell you the shipping costs after ordering.

Orders with receipt of payment until 14 o'clock are usually shipped the same day.

Terms of payment

Payment in advance:

If you select the payment method advance payment during order processing, you will receive an order confirmation with the bank details by e-mail after completion of the order. Please indicate the order, customer and order number in the transfer, so that the payment can be assigned as quickly as possible

Paypal:

You can pay with us by Paypal. Simply select the appropriate payment method during order processing and you will be forwarded directly to Paypal. If you are already a Paypal customer, you can log in directly with your user name and confirm the payment there.

Amazon Payment:

If you already have an account with Amazon, we enable you to use your payment data stored with Amazon.de to pay online via this platform. This means that you can shop securely with your Amazon Payments account without having to reveal your payment details. Furthermore, you will not incur any additional costs if you order via Amazon Payments. If you already have an Amazon.de customer account, an Amazon Payments account has been automatically created for you. This is activated when you accept Amazon Payments on our homepage for the first time and order the goods. This account is linked to your Amazon.de customer account and you can pay immediately with the payment method stored there - either by direct debit or by credit card.

Amazon Payments does not pass on the payment data stored in your Amazon.de customer account to the seller and you do not have to enter this when placing an order. In addition, Amazon Payments offers you the Amazon.de payment and security guarantee.
